Our director began her journey as a Registered Nurse, dedicating her career to supporting children, the elderly, and vulnerable individuals across a wide range of healthcare environments. Through this, she developed not only clinical expertise, but a deep understanding of what genuine care should look like.
As a mother, her perspective on care goes beyond professionalism, it is personal. She understands the importance of trust, dignity, and treating every individual as if they were family.
After decades working within traditional healthcare systems, she saw a gap, a need for more personalised, compassionate, and flexible support outside institutional settings.
That’s what led to the transition into the NDIS space 2 years ago.
